Mock tests help only when review is honest. Solving more papers without analysis usually repeats the same pattern of errors.
Start With Four Error Buckets
Concept Error
You did not know the rule, fact, or method.
Recall Error
You had studied it, but could not retrieve it under pressure.
Trap Error
You knew the topic, but fell for wording, elimination, or option confusion.
Time Error
You knew enough to solve it, but your pacing broke down.
Build A Small Review Sheet
For every mock, write down:
- score
- accuracy
- unattempted questions
- top weak topics
- repeated error type
Final Rule
A good mock analysis should change your next week of study. If your review never changes the plan, the mock was only a number.
