Monera consists of unicellular organisms that lack a nucleus and many of the specialized cell parts, called cell organelles. Hence they are termed to be prokaryotic. Monera mainly constitutes of bacterial organisms. All others mentioned are either unicellular or multicellular eukaryotes.
