All three acts are punishable under Section 3(1) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, when committed by a non-member of a Scheduled Caste or Tribe: forcing inedible/obnoxious substances (clause a), intentionally insulting or intimidating to humiliate in a public place (clause r), and forcing or preventing someone from voting or influencing their vote illegally (clause l). The punishment is imprisonment of not less than six months, extendable to five years, with fine.
